Are we seeing the rise of the Ten Kings?

Tim Moore: When the prophet Habakkuk prayed that God would send a wakeup call to His people, the Lord responded: “Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days — you would not believe if you were told” (Hab. 1:5).

In this context, the Lord was speaking about raising up the Chaldeans to descend and attack the Jewish people as a form of His judgment for their sins. Today, we too can look around at the nations and observe and wonder and be astonished at how God is moving. The forces of evil are on the march! We can miss this because at times people become so fixated on what’s happening here at home that we end up not paying attention to the global tides.

Nathan Jones: The Mainstream Media feeds us a steady flow of mostly propaganda, often about only what’s going on here in the United States. We’re allowed news from abroad, but only about certain Leftist agendas. I actually have to go to Wion, which is a news network based in India, just to learn about what else is going out there in the world. The BBC News also offers some stories outside of the echo chamber. But, for the most part, you often have to go outside of United States-based news networks to truly learn about what’s going on in the world. Sadly, we Americans tend to be very national-centric and rarely think about the world outside of our borders.

Tim Moore: Let’s look at some examples of what’s going on in the world as of late that have prophetic implications.

Nathan Jones: We’re witnessing the continual movement prophetically towards the formation of the Gog-Magog coalition as described in Ezekiel 38-39. Russia’s Putin, Erdogan in Turkey, and the leadership of Iran have been making great strides in forming this coalition. They’ve been working together more often in joint ventures where once these nations used to be enemies. Then there’s China adding to the geo-political mix.

It’s interesting that when we read from Bible prophecy, particularly in the book of Daniel, how in the end times the Bible describes the rise of kings, and in particular, ten kings. In modern-day terms, Putin is basically the Czar of Russia right now as he’s been made president for life. And now Xi Jinping of China has been made president for life. He actually had the last head of the Communist party escorted out of session so he could be made president for life unopposed. Xi is essentially a king now as well.

So many democracies are giving way to Socialism, and the Communist countries are giving way to kings to lead them. This move away from democracies to sovereign elects appears to be the trend that’s happening more and more, even in the West. Western elites try to pull more and more power to themselves so that the World Economic Forum can rule behind the scenes, and increasingly more often than not, right out in front.

Tim Moore: On both of these movements, let’s look at Brazil. Brazil stands as the largest and richest country in South America. It’s literally south of our border across the Gulf. This nation recently moved from a conservative president to one that is considered very socialistic. As a matter of fact, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is committed to the same kind of Marxism that has destroyed Venezuela. So, we can expect much upheaval within that very large and powerful nation there in South America.

And, yet another extreme, we witnessed the shortest-lived British prime minister, at least in modern history. Liz Truss lasted only a matter of days before she resigned and was replaced by a new prime minister, Rishi Sunak, who had been Britain’s Chief of the Exchequer, kind of like our Secretary of Treasury, but for Great Britain. That’s an even more powerful post that lends itself to implementing the WEF’s Great Reset, which is the globalists’ economic agenda. Expect Sunak to be beholden to the banks and to other creditors who hold vast amounts of the United Kingdom’s debt.

Nathan Jones: We’ve also recently saw a major world player — Queen Elizabeth — passing from the scene due to her death. Her son, the now King Charles, has at last risen to the throne. King Charles is a major globalist player whose vast fortune is simply unbelievable. Some estimate that he potentially, through his position, owns a sixth of all the land on the planet!

Tim Moore: Yes, Charles is unbelievably wealthy, but not all of his assets are in cash. And so, for the first time, Britain’s new prime minister may be richer than the king, at least in terms of cash, which is hard to believe. So, we see all of these geo-political dynamics shifting power.

There’s yet another massive political shift that’s been largely ignored by the American Media, and that is a change of government in Israel.

Nathan Jones: Yes, one of the bright spots in politics is that Bibi Netanyahu won back his prime ministership. If he can keep his coalition together, politics in Israel will take a right turn. After five elections in four years, the Israelis are very tired of having to run back to the election booths. The fragility of the Israeli government shows how weak its system is. Biblically, that system of government via the Knesset will one day also be replaced by a king — Jesus Christ. The Messiah will return to rule and reign as king over Israel and over the entire world, and His kingdom will be headquartered in Jerusalem. So, Israel’s current weak system of government will inevitably fall apart and likewise be replaced by a king — the King.

We’ve also got some interesting players dissenting against the globalist agenda. The Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, has been calling out the rising globalism that we’re warily seeing grow today. Even Putin himself, who is no hero of the globalist cause as he’s purely a nationalist, has been striving against the tide of globalism that he’s been seeing rise in the West.

This sharp rise in globalism, biblically speaking as to what has been prophesied in the Bible, reveals that eventually, the world will fall under the reign of ten kings who will create a global empire under which one supreme ruler will emerge — the Antichrist. Instituting a global government requires certain catastrophic disasters. The globalists tried with COVID, and for the most part, failed. I believe the ultimate disasters — the Rapture of the Church and a subsequent worldwide economic collapse — will be the key events that will push the world into totally accepting globalism.

Tim Moore: If Vladimir Putin continues his pushback against the globalist’s economic agenda, the West is going to repudiate him, causing western society to embrace globalism even more fully. It’s almost as if Donald Trump had made certain policy suggestions, which we knew that the Left was certainly going to hate his suggestions, even if perhaps they agreed that they made sense, because they could never accept and agree with something a non-globalist would do. And that, of course, leads to yet another major political event brewing, as Trump has announced he will be running for president in 2024.

Seeking Stability

Tim Moore: It’s interesting about how Israel’s government works. They run a 120-member Knesset, sort of like their legislature. The Prime Minister is the lead minister of the Knesset. And yet, even the Likud Party, which is the very conservative right-wing party that Netanyahu heads, only controls 32 member seats in the Knesset. So, he has to put together a coalition of other right-leaning parties, giving him about a four-vote margin. Now that’s a very fragile system! Surely the Israelis are looking for some degree of stability. Right now, I think that a lot of Americans would like to also see some degree of stability be returned to our political agenda.

So many geo-politicals events are happening in the world beyond the shores of the United States and beyond what we as Americans see as an immediate interest to us. Therefore, at times, we need to lift up our eyes to actually see what is happening beyond our shores.

The Lord said in Psalm 2 that the nations are in uproar and the peoples of the earth devise a vain thing. The kings of the Earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel against the Lord and against His anointed. We see what’s been happening already with all of these various kings rising up in the nations. These ascending kings have rejected any kind of allegiance to God nor show any respect for His moral law.

Even the leaders of this country — the United States of America — have increasingly been rejecting any kind of allegiance to the principles handed down in Scripture, which is why they now embrace abortion, transgenderism, and gender confusion. They cannot even define what a man or woman is, let alone explain traditional marriage. Our country has rejected God and His Anointed and our society now openly flaunts our wickedness.

Nathan Jones: Jesus revealed in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 that one of the major signs of the end times that He said would point to His soon return would be an increase in fearful events socially, politically, and economically. And what have we been seeing? An increase in fearful events socially, politically, and economically, and they’ve been happening all across the world.

China’s economy is supposedly about to collapse. We’re seeing the United States about to lose the Dollar as the world’s fiat currency as we go bankrupt due to Congress’ out-of-control spending. We just saw the FTX cryptocurrency collapse due to corruption. These are all fearful events that cry out our need for a solid foundation. That firm foundation does not rest on any social, political, or economic system that this world creates. The only way that we can be safe and secure and stand on solid ground is when we put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. He is the true foundation that gives us firmness and calmness in a sea of utter pandemonium.

Tim Moore: Thanks to the Bible, we can gain the answer to all of this gloom and doom. We can receive the hope that is only found in Jesus Christ. Hope springs eternal in the hearts of those who put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ! Once Jesus resides and presides over our lives, we stand stable on Christ’s firm foundation.

  • Thanks for this insight from Lee Brainard and Eusebius. The video started with reference to 7 of his quotes – but it skipped the first one. I looked thru all sites I could find but could not find the 1st of the 7. Can you tell me what it is or where I can look to see it? (if it’s readily at your fingertips, otherwise skip it – I don’t want to take up unnecessary time).
    Thanks

  • Interesting occurrences. I would however like to point out that the scriptures state plainly that the 10 kings “receive power in 1 hour with the beast”. This will happen after the rapture, I’m sure you’ve considered this.

  • Thank you for this update. I agree that it is truly difficult to find accurate world news from a Godly perspective. I sincerely appreciate Lamb and Lion Ministries, and Nathan! In Christ, Wanda C.

  • Will the 10 Kings arise from within the territory of ancient Rome?

Daniel 7:24- And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

that prophecy is still future; yet to be fulfilled but there is a very similar prediction in Daniel which has already been fulfilled.

    • Good questions, but the Bible only gives the Antichrist’s origins who will have to be a Gentile because he is portrayed in Revelation as “coming up out of the sea” (Rev. 13:1). The sea is used in prophecy as a symbol of the Gentile nations (Dan. 7:3, Lk. 21:25 and Rev. 17:1).

By contrast, the Antichrist’s right-hand man, the False Prophet, who will serve as his religious leader, will be a Jew. This is revealed in Revelation 13:11 where it says that John saw “another beast coming up out of the earth [literally, the land].” Just as the sea is used symbolically in prophecy to refer to the Gentile nations, the land (or earth) is used to refer to Israel. This does not mean the False Prophet will be an Orthodox Jew. It only means that he will be of Jewish heritage. Religiously, he will be an apostate Jew who will head up the One World Religion of the Antichrist.

  • Wow, we are close. Revelation 17: 12. “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings….and with him will be his called, chosen, and faithful followers. As we ponder the identity of the ten kings, we must see John’s theme of worldly power and its ultimate ineffectiveness against God and his people. Their authority only lasts one hour, meaning a brief moment. symbolizing its brevity and ultimate destruction.

  • Interesting reading Keeps me alert and sober as to how near we are to the end of the age.
    Thank you very much
