The Two Witnesses will not be comprised of Elijah or Enoch, these two Prophets of God were translated. Moses died and was buried by the Lord God on Mount Nebo. Immortals can not be killed.
The AntiChrist will be given power to kill these Two Witnesses, common sense then indicates they are not any of the Old Testament Saints being portrayed as participants in the fulfillment of this prophecy.
